Our Watch is Worn by Joe Schlabotnick!

"Oh my God!  Vaguely familiar actor wears watch brand X!" Said nobody, save only a desperate PR maven or the brand "figure head".   

It's simple, make a watch people like, spend some time and money to regularly promote it, get over your delusions of grandeur, and if you can dedicate about 10 minutes to communicate with the press per week, you won't need to flush tens of thousands down the sinkhole.

I feel pretty confident that I am not alone in saying that I don't give a monkey's what watch the actor who played much more interesting roles previously wore in a supporting role in a recent movie.  

A watch needs, ultimately, to stand on its own and be recognized on its own.  The rest is just noise.
