No Time for Nostalgia

I've been thinking about this for a few weeks now, and a recent series of conversations has brought this to the fore this morning.  And it seems appropriate with Labor Day just around the corner.  

Longing for the "good old days" is counter productive.  Moreover, refusing to consider new, alternative solutions is an even greater waste of time.

The business has changed, irrevocably.  

So it's time to either adapt, or die.
