What's Cool at BaselWorld...

This is the "Double 12" from Glycine.  I got to check it out in person, but my photography was really not quite up to the task so I hope that you can live with the high quality images that they provided.

As a watch fan who lives on a budget (and tries to live within it) this watch is extremely welcome.  It offers all the cool factors of the Airman, but at an entry level price that makes it much more realistic for a watch fan to be able to have the iconic Airman for their own.

Glycine did this by sticking to the idea of an external bezel that could be adjusted to accommodate three time zones.  By switching to a time date movement as opposed to one with a GMT/second timezone feature Glycine was able to reduce the price.  The nice thing is that you still have the second time zone thanks to the adjustable bezel.  It also uses a 12 hour scale as opposed to a 24 hour one.

Here's the scoop in terms of the specs -
